Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your quote includes everything — supply, manufacturing, delivery, and installation. The figure we give you is the figure you pay. The only time costs change is if you change your mind about something after confirmation, and even then we discuss it openly before anything proceeds.
Do you offer payment plans?
We require a deposit to confirm your order and proceed to production, with the balance due on installation.
Can you make curtains for unusual or very large windows?
Absolutely. We regularly work with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, angled skylights, very wide windows, arched windows, and other non-standard configurations. It's exactly these situations where bespoke making matters most — off-the-shelf simply doesn't work.
What if I want motorised blinds? Is it complicated to install?
Not at all. We handle the full installation and programming of all motorised systems. We'll set up your remote, connect to your smart home system if applicable, and walk you through operation before we leave. There's nothing technical for you to do.
How long does the whole process take from consultation to installation?
Typically three to five weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and current production times. Simpler orders can sometimes be completed sooner; large or complex projects may take a little longer. We'll always give you a realistic timeline at the point of confirmation.
Can I change my mind after I've confirmed my order?
Changes after confirmation can sometimes be accommodated, but it depends on how far into production your order has progressed. The sooner you raise any concerns, the more options we have. This is why we take the confirmation step seriously — we want you to be completely certain before we begin.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
Yes — we'd love you to be there for the final walkthrough so we can show you everything and make sure you're completely satisfied. If circumstances make this impossible, we can arrange an alternative, just let us know.
How do I care for my curtains?
Care instructions vary depending on the fabric. We provide specific care guidance for every fabric we use at the time of installation. As a general rule, most of our curtain fabrics benefit from occasional steaming rather than regular washing — and many are dry clean only. Linen and cotton options are often more wash-friendly. We'll always tell you exactly what to do and what to avoid.
How do I clean my blinds?
Most blinds can be maintained with light dusting or a gentle wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Fabric blinds may require occasional professional cleaning. We'll advise on the right care approach for your specific blind at the time of installation.
What if something stops working or comes loose after installation?
Call us. We stand by our work and our products. If something isn't performing as it should, we'll come back and sort it out. Ongoing quality is part of the service.
